A soft circular glow follows the pointer over a dark gradient. Teal, periwinkle and pink rings expand through fixed diagonal glass ribs, which bend the rings into luminous bands. The glow grows on entry and fades away on leave. Edit glow size, ring colours, intensity, follow lag, rib width, rib angle, refraction and three background colours. Catalogue previews use a closed cursor orbit; reduced motion disables automatic motion and makes the glow jump to the pointer. Dependency-free, with an inline HTML export and a simplified CSS fallback when WebGL is unavailable.
