An independent procedural reconstruction of the supplied silver-particle still. The upper fan, crossing band, middle-left cavity and lower streak sweep are generated by parametric WebGL geometry, not an image texture. Adjust particle density, point size, trail length, curve depth, ribbon spread, speed, brightness, zoom and palette. Preview and HTML/React/Svelte code exports share a self-contained renderer with no media assets. Geometry, individual particle positions and trails remain approximate, not pixel-perfect; motion is authored from a still. Cover framing fills the stage without stretching.
How this shader works
Silver Stream draws ribbons of silver particles and broken trails over a deep green-black background. An upper fan, a crossing band and a lower streak are built from code-generated geometry rather than an image. Every particle drifts along its ribbon, and the Look section changes how many particles there are, how big they are, how long their trails get and how far the ribbons curve and spread.
Tips
- Particle density and Point size set how solid the ribbons look. Fewer, larger points read as glitter.
- Trail length stretches each particle into a streak. Raise it for a faster, more fluid feel.
- Curve depth and Ribbon spread change the shape of the bands.
- Change Silver particles and Background to recolour it, for example gold on navy.
Questions
How do I make a particle ribbon background?
Open Silver Stream and adjust Particle density, Trail length and Ribbon spread until the ribbons fit your layout. Lower Flow speed for a calmer background behind text.
Can I use Silver Stream in a React project?
Yes. The editor exports the shader as a React component, a Svelte component or a self-contained HTML file, with your settings included.
