Overview
PLINTH is an industry design system for creative tools and design software: collaborative design apps, plugin marketplaces, community template galleries and creative SaaS product sites. It keeps the interface achromatic (Gallery White, Plaster, Studio Black, Graphite) so the work on the canvas carries the color: one Spotlight Indigo for the single primary action per view, and a pastel work palette (Lilac Proof, Lime Wash, Blush, Aqua Mist) reserved for imagery and placeholders. Geist at Light 300 sets large display headlines over plain Regular body text, with Geist Mono for labels. Filled actions are pills, fields 8px, surfaces 16px, and only floating cards, dialogs and toasts cast a shadow. Imagery follows Hero, Material and Detail roles: a white gallery room with one artwork on a plinth, printed proof sheets, and a pen on a tablet. Included: foundations (color, type, spacing, imagery, patterns), components (buttons & tags, cards, dialog, forms, navigation, feedback, table), theme sheet, Frameyard creative software landing starter, 8-slide deck, and sample web photography in assets/imagery/.
