An editable HorizonX translation of Siyu1017's Uiverse tooltip. A graphite CTA lifts two pixels while an attached off-white speech bubble scales upward from its centre. Edit the copy, geometry, palette and timing; inspect the open state, use it by keyboard or touch, and export one self-contained HTML file.
