Overview

Crest is a full-screen fintech hero built in Three.js. A bevelled credit card floats at the centre of the screen in front of a thin ring that sits on the horizon, above a sunset sea. The water mirrors the sky, the ring and the card through a planar reflection and ripples in slow rings around the card. The card tilts toward the pointer and picks up a moving sheen on hover. Moving or clicking over the water leaves a wake. Around the card sits an editorial layout: logo, centred links and an Apply now button on top, a perks list and a statement in the top corners, the headline at the bottom left and an application widget with three card finishes (Ember, Violet and Aqua) at the bottom right. Everything is procedural: sky, water, ring and card art are generated with shaders and a canvas texture, so there are no images to load. Finishes switch with ?palette=, the layout adapts to phones and tablets with container queries, and reduced-motion preferences are respected. Included: complete HTML, CSS and JavaScript source with Three.js r186 vendored, three self-hosted open-licence fonts, a README with run, deploy and customization notes, and credits, packaged as a private member download.
