1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HorizonX ("the Platform"), operated by HorizonX Inc. ("HorizonX", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription and Asset Library
HorizonX is a subscription service that gives you access to a curated library of digital design assets. An active subscription grants you a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use unlocked assets in your personal, client and commercial projects, subject to any usage limits stated on your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the raw asset files, or share your account access.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
- Access to the asset library ends when the subscription lapses.
- Plans may include a limit on how many assets you can unlock per period.
- Prices may change; changes never affect periods already paid.
4. Payments and Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund requests are evaluated case by case; contact us at support@horizonx.so within 14 days of the charge.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — design assets, images, text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of HorizonX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants access under license only; nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or engaging in conduct that is unlawful, abusive or disruptive to other users.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorizonX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
